Right now, today, I’m writ­ing about how to say no and still have a clear conscience.

When I give talks or work with indi­vid­u­als with­in orga­ni­za­tions, I often meet peo­ple that would like to be able to ​“say no to more things”.

To me, it is all about know­ing where we are head­ing, as an orga­ni­za­tion and as indi­vid­u­als. Only when our vision is clear to us and when we know what is impor­tant for us to ful­fill it, we are able to decide between yes and no.

But, I don’t have all the answers.

So, I turn to you. How do you do to be able to say no and still keep a clear conscience?
