How free do you actually feel when you’re off work?
If you’re a manager, entrepreneur, or have a key role in your job, you often need to be “somewhat available” even when you’re away from work.
It’s easy not to feel completely off duty even when you technically are (trust me, I know!).
But if you put some thought into your out-of-office message, you can still regain that feeling of being off work.
